A shared love of melodic, Brit-inspired pop brought three friends together in July, 2000 and TONEFARMER suddenly came into the world with barely a murmur. Initially forgoing the visibility of the club scene, the members of Tonefarmer, Rob Hamrick (guitar, synths, vocals), Chris Mundy (bass, piano, vocals) and John Miracle (drums, percussion, vocals) cocooned in their practice space and crafted their debut album, “Recreation”, part of which was recorded at Cincinnati’s Ultrasuede studio with John Curley (former Afghan Whigs) at the helm.Posted in Calendar
